Our rooms are located above Dale’s Place (Restaurant & Bar) just .2 miles from the GAP Trail in the quiet town of Smithton. A great place to wind down after a day on the trail, river, or golf course. These are individual rooms with two shared (locking) restrooms. Downstairs, Dale’s Place (smoking establishment) has a full menu and daily food specials everyday (11am-10pm M-S Sunday 11-?), full bar, internet access, six packs to go and entertainment on weekends.

Rural location close to downtown Greensburg. Feel the wild of nature to stimulate your creativity. Also a nice relaxing area to get away. This is a working farm. There is NO WIFI. Just past the barn is a small chicken coop home to a free range flock. They will be wandering around your front yard. The farm also houses quail, bee hives, ducks, 3 cats, and a dog. Ask if you want to meet them.

Private 2nd floor apartment with ALL of the amenities of home.
