We welcome you to one of the two bedrooms in the lower unit (separate entrance) of this amazing raised bungalow, with access to full kitchen, on site laundry, TV in the spacious living room and one free parking spot. 3 mins drive to highway exist. 5 drive mins to the famous St Jacob farmers' market and major universities. 1 min walk to bus station. Within minutes walk/drive to plaza with Tims, Sobeys, Fit4Less, and restaurants.

Greetings! My friends and I manage a large, communally-oriented house in Beechwood, Waterloo. The house is a wellness sanctuary, so as part of that, there's a Yoga/meditation space, a float tank, sauna, and steam shower, a library/art/music room, a cat and a dog, ample greenery, bird feeders, spiritual/inspirational artwork, aromatherapy, and plenty else! A beautiful retreat type of atmosphere!! We're about a 10 minute walk to the University of Waterloo, and bus routes, so it's very convenient!
