Nuestro punto de reunión será en la calle Campos Elíseos, donde te entregaré una bici urbana mecánica (no usamos bicicletas eléctricas) con casco, iluminación y chaleco reflector que tendrás a tu servicio todo el día. Te familiarizarás con la bici en un recorrido inicial seguro por el camellón o banqueta central de Paseo de la Reforma, entraremos al Parque y conduciremos directo hasta el Castillo de Chapultepec. Subiremos caminando al Castillo para recorrerlo completamente a tu ritmo, enseñándote los interiores y contemplando los murales y obras del Museo Nacional de Historia. Seguiremos rodando para recorrer el Bosque y el Zoológico y de allí partiremos a Los Pinos, a caminar por la casa presidencial. During this experience, you will learn to cook the famous "tacos al pastor" with my dad, a professional instructor and culinary artist, who will share his tips and recipes with you. We'll meet at the local market to buy ingredients and learn more about Mexican spices and food. Then we'll return to my family home, where you will learn how to marinate the meat for the tacos. You will prepare red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole, and make your own tortillas on the traditional Mexican "Comal"—a smooth, flat griddle. At the end, we'll put everything together to make the tacos, sit and enjoy what you have prepared, and learn a little more about Mexican gastronomy. During the tour, we will tell you about the history of the place and its importance to the sustainability of Mexico City. In your way, you will recognize the biological richness like birds, snakes, frogs and plants. We will arrive at a chinampa where you can get your hands dirty experiencing the ancestral technique of cultivation and discovering why it is considered a world heritage. Also, you will get involve in the diary activities in the chinampa like crop irrigation, harvest or seeding. Before going back to land, you will have time to relax and enjoy the peace of the place. Our Masterclass is a highly interactive Experience during which one of our expert, in-house Mixologists takes you on a sensory journey through the creation of 3 mezcal-based cocktails. We start with a short simple tasting to introduce you to the basics of the spirit then before you know it, you'll be layering flavours and building the cocktail of your dreams based on your own tastes and choices, all whilst mastering some cheeky tricks of the trade along the way. Xochimilco ha sido declarado Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad, por su riqueza histórica y cultural. Nuestro recorrido está enfocado de manera respetuosa con la comunidad y el medio ambiente es decir es: cultural, histórico y ecológico, este no es un tour de barcos de fiesta. VEREMOS: La Catedral, construida en el siglo XVI. Después visitaremos el mercado principal donde verán piñatas y diversos productos, frutas y verduras. Después visitaremos una pulquería típica donde probaremos "pulque" una bebida milenaria, prehispánica, con 4 grados de alcohol, elaborada con la sabia fermentada de una planta de agave, si no bebes alcohol no te preocupes tenemos opciones sin alcohol. Finalizaremos con un relajante paseo de 1.5 horas en bote "trajinera", iremos por unos canales ecológicos bellos y tranquilos, durante el paseo podrán apreciar la fauna: patos, garzas y ajolotes. Con nuestro amigo Mario aprenderemos sobre agricultura y construcción de las islas flotantes "chinampas" que se siguen usando para el cultivo de flores, verduras y árboles. Bajaremos a conocer una chinampa en donde está la réplica de la isla de las muñecas para escuchar las leyendas sobre fantasmas que hay en Xochimilco. Tendremos un delicioso lunch de quesadillas en el lago donde tenemos opciones con carne veganas y vegetarianas que te van a encantar! Finalizaremos con más sorpresas divertidas!

During this experience, you will learn to cook the famous "tacos al pastor" with my dad, a professional instructor and culinary artist, who will share his tips and recipes with you. We'll meet at the local market to buy ingredients and learn more about Mexican spices and food. Then we'll return to my family home, where you will learn how to marinate the meat for the tacos. You will prepare red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole, and make your own tortillas on the traditional Mexican "Comal"—a smooth, flat griddle. At the end, we'll put everything together to make the tacos, sit and enjoy what you have prepared, and learn a little more about Mexican gastronomy. Other things to note We will send later, the recipes through email. You can take the class in English, Spanish, or French. We can also offer a chicken and a vegetarian version.

We will meet at the "Angel de Independencia" between early morning to escape the city chaos. Our group will have private comfortable transportation. We will stop for an early breakfast in Actopan, a city halfway to our destination. The day is divided into three parts. Pool Tranquility: Start your day relaxing a while in the “pocitos”; naturally warm thermal pools that provide astounding views that soothe & clear the body and mind –perfect for “the gram.” River Relaxation: Next, the turquoise-colored river is well-managed and is naturally warm due to the thermal springs, a complete relaxing experience. Lunch will be alongside the river (weather permitting). Cave Exploration: Finally, you will see awe-inspiring waterfalls and unexpected adventure that our guests have described as “life changing.” We will head out by 5:30PM arriving between 9-10:00PM, full of new experiences and photos to share with envious family/friends. Injuries, while rare, may occur during an outdoor exploration. This experience includes water, creating slippery walking surfaces near the pools and river. There is a bonus cave (optional) with low clearance –be aware of height to reduce risk of head injury. There is inherent risk with any outdoor activity. Protect yourself by wearing proper footwear and being cautious during each activity. Emergency clinics onsite.

Enjoy a 4-course cooking class with selected traditional Mexican dishes that would allow you to discover Mexico’s great gastronomy. We will start the experience with a welcome refreshing “Agua Fresca” (Guava, mint and lemon), coffee from selected Mexican coffee beans or our special infusion, while you prepare for the experience and learn about the history of Mexican cuisine. Then we will provide detailed explanations of recipes and ingredients to be ready for a hands-on cooking experience. 1st course – Street food appetizers (sopes) paired with 2 Mexican salsas (red molcajete sauce and green sauce). 2nd course – Mextlapiques, tamal without masa, filled with vegetables and topped with a spearmint sauce. 3rd course – White mole and hand-made tortillas, made with a mixture of light-colored ingredients including white pine nuts, almonds, peanuts, sesame seeds, blonde raisins and chile guero. 4th course – Corn bread with hot chocolate water-based. Afterwards enjoy the prepared dishes with a pairing of "agua fresca", Mexican craft beer, artisanal mezcal or Mexican wine from Valle de Parras. *Class includes a market tour to Mercado Medellin (walking distance).
