Hello and welcome! This 2-story, 2000 sq ft home is in a quiet neighborhood. There are bike\walking trails and Catabus within a 15-minute walk. We have two cats, Kristi Kreme & Shadow. This stay is a family environment with me and my two young adult sons. Their dad sometimes visits throughout the week. You may hear me getting after them to clean up, take out the trash, cut the grass, shovel snow, etc. We have two other AirBnB rooms with which you would share a full bathroom.

Lower level living space w/bedroom (pillowtop queen bed), private bath, living area, and private side entrance. If there is rain or snow, feel free to enter through the garage. Located 2 miles from Beaver Stadium at Penn State. You will hear our family upstairs, we do our best to be quiet. If you like children, this is this is the place for you! We recommend 2 people stay, although we can accommodate 3 people with an air mattress in the living room.

Historic stone tudor on quiet street is a 10 min walk to downtown and campus. Home to 3-4 visiting scholars & professionals who value peace, quiet, and a good night's sleep above all. The house is well cared-for with all the comforts of home and the amenities of a hotel. Bedding, toiletries, laundry, snacks, fresh fruit, coffee, tea & breakfast foods are provided. Privacy and quiet rule...but it's good to have others around too.
