Two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs with a flatscreen TV and large, comfortable sectional and access to back yard. Cabin has year-round access to Ideal Beach amenities. It’s a 5 minute drive to the beach, ten min drive to restaurants, 15 min to the marina, and 3 min to Bear Lake Golf Course. Drive right off the property to recreational trails.

Featuring 3 beautiful bedrooms, suite on main level with king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement each with a queen bed, large living room in basement with two pull out couches, and twin bunk. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table,Foosball,pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear lake and marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars
