Paint/ Photoshoot;an introduction to the Artist, a brief history of murals, importance of public art, examples of works in Miami. (No Artistic talent is necessary.) -Introduction to materials, brushes, spray paint, rollers, drop cloths, latex paint, tape and palettes. -Then an explanation of the process and meaning of 'underpainting" as the first step of creating a community mural. A community mural involves groups of people creating together, I will show you the tasks and different sections of the mural. Each participant will be encouraged and given instruction on all facets of the mural. A group photo and progress shots will be taken during the mural process. -How to create a wash, painting with water to make the next stage after underpainting possible is my signature style. -Using different brushes to make different lines as well as the "dry brush" technique for shading on some realistic images will be explored by all in attendance. Then the best way for everyone to enjoy their time is to learn by doing! Set up and introduction is 15 minutes, The actual painting is one hour and the post/photoshoot is 15 minutes. The Final stage of details and photoshoot with your work to always remember the experience. Creating a permanent mural in the mural capital of the world "Wynwood" on a highly visible intersection will culminate in a group unveiling as we say "Artworld!!!! Known as "Tumbao", "Marcha" or "Rhythm Pattern", you can learn to play this basic Conga pattern used in most popular music today in just 15 minutes. In this two-hour audience participation show, I take you through the history of how the Conga drums have influenced American Music (8 minutes), followed by the "15 minute Conga" lesson, and 60 to 70 minute audience play along to rhythms such as Jazz, Rock, Latin, Soul, Funk, R&B and Pop. We end the lesson with "Oh When The Saints Come Marching In". During the show, I'll also play several Conga Rhythyms from my recently published book to hopefully enlighten the audience to the history of this instrument. Participants will take home a printed copy free of charge of the music they just learned, to practice at home. No experience needed. We will live early in the morning and cruise around the Biscayne bay while watching the breathtaking sunrise from the water. We will meet at the Marina meeting point early in the morning and we will board the vessel. After a biref explanation of the tour and of the safety measurements we will sail out the direction Miami downtown. I chose a special route to reach downtown Miami: we will pass in front the house of the rich and famous as well as looking for dolphins and manatee along the way. We also can stop and swim at Flager Island. We will then reach out Miami downtown and admire the breakthaking sunrise with the miami skyline in front. After taking our time admiring this nature and human wonder we will head back to the marina using an alternate and spectacular route as well. We are located in one of the busiest areas of Miami. Welcome to our boat tour! Before we start our unforgettable journey, I will gather you in front of the boat to give you a safety briefing and explain some basic coast guard regulations and rules. The tour will last 2 hours and you can choose between a daytime cruise or a nighttime cruise. Each option has its own unique advantages. During the tour, you will see the following attractions: Pine Tree Drive, La Gorce, Biscayne Bay, Star Island, Bayside, Downtown, and Millionaires Row. You might also be lucky enough to spot some dolphins that love to jump around the boat. At night, you will enjoy the same route with the added beauty of lights and less traffic on the water. The magical city lights will create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. You will have plenty of opportunities to take pictures of every special place that you like. I will stop the boat and help you with your photography skills. I have taken millions of pictures for our guests so far and I know how to capture the best moments. I recommend that you bring a party of three or more as it makes our experience more enjoyable. However, if you are a single person, you are welcome to join any trip that has three or more people. We will meet at a designated safe flying area. We will go over the drone and safety of flight. I'll answer any questions you may have. I will demonstrate and explain how to fly the drone in a safe fashion so your are comfortable before your flight. You can fly it wherever you want in our designated area. Take photos, shot 4K video while you flying and I will send you the content you shot after your flight. Teaching you the basics. Fly a large open field 1 block from my home is the base $50 rate. Extra charges for travel Other choices: Meet at Dunedin Causeway $100. Meet at either Tampa, Clearwater or St Pete $150 for more cool things to drone. You will be able to get all the photos and videos that you shoot during your flight or flights. I reserve the right to cancel any experience due to high winds or rain.
