Catalpa CottageEnjoy your stay in East Texas with views of rolling hills,meadows, and wooded areas. The private cottage sits on our 20 acre farm and is central toTyler, Lindale, Mineola and Canton. The cottage includes all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including easy access to I-20 and HWY 110 .

Cottage 1 - Tiny Cabin in Garden ValleyLocated about 15 minutes from downtown Lindale, 35 minutes from Tyler, 35 from Canton Trade Days, an hour from Lake Fork and Dallas. This cabin is the perfect place to enjoy some time away and cozy up for a few days (or a few weeks!) Get cozy and settle into this rustic space with your loved one. There are two queen beds and a nice size couch. There are two space space heaters, extra blankets, and two acs. The Cabin is very comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy yourself.

Cottage 2 - Spacious Tiny House in Garden ValleyEnjoy the cozy cottage, set in nature and perfect for a getaway. With one bedroom and a spacious loft for cuddling up or playing games with your loved one(s). Included is a nice front porch to enjoy nature and a full kitchen for your convenience. The Cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Lindale, 35 from Canton Trade Days and Tyler. There is a queen bed and 2 nice futons upstairs. There are two space space heaters, extra blankets, and two acs. The Cottage has everything you need.
