Be prepared to live a unique experience, in contact with dogs and nature! Take a break from the city chaos that fills our days every day. After an introduction to the world of truffles, we will begin our hunt. You will see how the trained dogs hunt for truffles and the passion they have, this being a very rewarding activity for them. Truffle hunting is also accessible to children (my dogs will be happy to play with them!). After the truffle hunting we will have a lunch with truffle dishes. The menu is vast so I don't suggest you have a big breakfast! We also have menus for vegetarians, celiacs, vegans and we can also change it according to your allergies or intolerances. During lunch we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better, drinking good wine and eating fresh seasonal truffles. Other things to remember: - long and comfortable trousers are required (ankles must be covered). - I also suggest wearing a pair of boots. If you don't have them, sneakers are fine too.

YOU CAN REQUEST A DIFFERENT STARTING TIME AND DAY! We will start with a wine tasting, toasting to the cooking class. We will taste extra virgin olive oil and learn how to recognize a good olive oil from a bad one. Then we will make 3 kinds of pasta: one with flour and water, and another with eggs, and maybe a lasagna. Then we'll prepare the pasta sauces and make tiramisu. All cooking sessions are tailor-made. We will enjoy with wines, liquors, and some good background music and have lunch under the Tuscan sun. Kids are welcome! I have 2 labrador retriver at the villa. Altre cose da tenere a mente La raccolta dei tartufi è particolare, va in base al periodo dell'anno e alla stagionalità e alle condizioni climatiche, quindi l'esperienza può variare per ritrovamenti e luoghi di cammino.

La famiglia Petasecca Donati custodisce questo frantoio a ridosso delle mura del borgo di Bevagna dal 1962 producendo olio extra vergine di oliva e oggi Marco lo produce con sistema di estrazione a freddo grazie ai macchinari più all'avanguardia. Durante la visita scoprirai come viene prodotto l'olio e quali sono le sue caratteristiche e curiosità. Poi sarai invitato al piano superiore nell'elegante sala degustazioni a tema oliva per assaporare i tre tipi di olio evo prodotti in abbinamento a delle bruschette e prodotti tipici, accompagnandoli con un buon calice di vino locale. Vi proponiamo un aperitivo nel nostro oliveto, a poche centinaia di metri dallo splendido lago di Bolsena. Avrete occasione di passare qualche ora immersi nella natura tra i nostri olivi secolari, veri e propri monumenti naturali del territorio. Vi faremo conoscere la nostra tecnica di coltivazione raccontandovi ogni passo necessario alla produzione del nostro olio EVO "Cisterna31". Faremo poi una degustazione dell'olio, scoprendo i sapori e gli odori caratteristici della cultivar Caninese. Infine, assaggeremo alcuni dei migliori prodotti caratteristici della Tuscia tra cui salumi, formaggi, ortaggi, legumi, pesce di lago, vino e naturalmente pane e olio!

Faremo una breve pausa vicino ad una vecchia villa romana prima di tornare dove cucineremo per voi un intero pasto a base di tartufo; quello che avremo raccolto insieme. Potrete scegliere dalla nostra carta, studiata appositamente per noi da un sommelier-tartufaio, un vino da degustare nell'attesa e durante il pranzo. Pranzerete nel nostro agriturismo: il primo e l'unico in Italia a servire tartufo freschissimo dall'antipasto al dolce, su tutte le portate. Tutti i prodotti che utilizzeremo per cucinare sono di nostra produzione o prodotti a km 0; per questo motivo il menù potrebbe cambiare in base alla stagione o ai prodotti disponibili. Guests will do a tutored tasting of the wines that are produced at Chiesa del Carmine. Wine and olive oil will be matched with our truffle products, homemade focaccia, local meat, cheese and vegetables from our garden. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements and we will try to accomodate your needs. (I recommend that you should not eat before the tasting!) Walk maps of the valley can be provided upon request and visitors are welcome to stay after the tasting and enjoy a walk around the farm. Partiremo dal centro città di Perugia, visitando il borgo storico della città dalla piazza principale IV Novembre, percorrendo il giro esterno delle mura Etrusche della città per poi perderci nelle campagna isolata in compagnia della tua bici e della natura, fino a raggiungere il borgo di Corciano dpve troveremo un punto di ristoro ideale per fermarci per uno spuntino, provando un po' di local food. Da lì raggiungeremo la terrazza di Castel Rigone che si affaccia sul Lago Trasimeno, dove potremmo ammirare un bellissimo scorcio sulla valle del Trasimeno. Tutto questo per tornare indietro con vento e sole a favore al centro di Perugia dove ci aspetta un buon bicchiere di vino.
