Cottage at FairwindsWelcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests in our spacious circular drive. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.

The Guest Suite, near I-75 and Hobart ArenaThe Guest Suite is a very private space that is detached from our primary home. It has a separate, private entrance. The entrance is through the yard in the back of the house. There is room for parking in the driveway. With a private bath and separate heating and cooling this space is perfect for someone to stay and feel like they have their own space. The Guest Suite is located one mile from Hobart Arena and also one mile from I-75.

A beautiful, restored historic farmhouseCome stay with us at Merry Wind Farm, a historic farmhouse built by Quakers in 1810. Completely restored with character and antiques, but all modern amenities. Two miles from Tipp City, Ohio with antique shops, restaurants and boutiques. Very convenient to I-70 and I-75, Rose Music Center, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, US Space Museum, and the Dayton Int'l. Airport. Must be able to climb stairs.
