My Japanese-style three bedroom apartment is located in the quiet and centrally located district of Hagatna; a short walk to the crystal clear waters and beaches of Guam and to local entertainment and dining. I have two bedrooms available to rent and also live onsite with my gentle cat, Bianca. We love having guests and showing them around the island!

ASK ABOUT CAR RENTAL!!! Private guest apartment on the ocean. Apartment is detached from the main house. 5 minutes away from downtown, very quiet. Access to private beach. Lots of small fish can easily be seen. Kayaks and snorkeling equipment is provided.

Air conditioned bedroom with twin beds in a home in a residential neighborhood in south central Guam. Fully licensed (14-201501627-001). Five minutes from Naval Station by car. Newly remodeled bathroom. The house is about a 35 minute drive from the airport. Tumon Bay and the tourist district is about a 30 minute drive from my house. Since buses down to my village are not frequent you will need to rent a car if you would like to stay at my house.
