Available for females only. This is a single bedroom with spacious private bathroom. Walk in closet with hangers and shoe organizer. Full washer and dryer available. Full use of kitchen, dining room and living room welcome. This includes refrigerator, oven/stove, sink, coffee maker, and dish washer. Off road parking available in driveway (not garage). Gym in garage. Great for night shift workers. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. There is no TV, but guests are welcome to provide their own.

*Due to recent current events, we wanted to do our part to ensure guest we are going beyond normal standards and have purchased all new bedding, linens, towels, face towels etc.* Private back deck equipped with a bbq pit and sitting area for cookouts as well. Before booking please look over all house rules and guidelines. There are surveillance cameras outside the property for guest safety as well as to monitor our own home. We also will need names and ages of every guest staying in the home.
