This LA kayaking adventure and photoshoot begins with a kayaking lesson and tips for best viewing the sea lions. We then paddle out towards the sea lion's favorite hangout spots to get our pictures. The marina harbor boasts beautiful views of mountains, houseboats, and a diverse population of wildlife. Each kayaking tour includes a minimum of 20 high-quality pictures and 1 video. Yes, everyone drives in Los Angeles, but this experience is nontraditional—in a 1973 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible from my own private collection. We will meet by Museum Row in Miracle Mile and head up to: The eclectic Melrose Ave to discover it's vibrant street art and vintage stores. We will drive up and stop at the famous Walk of Fame and learn about the rich history of the Chinese Theater, Dolby theater, Rosevelt Hotel and more. We will then cruise and stop at the iconic Hollywood Sign then drive down Sunset Blvd to head to Beverly Hills. We will stop by the Beverly Hills sign then drive down Rodeo Drive to look at the glamorous store windows Drive up in the hills of Beverly Hills and Bel Air to see some of the iconic multimillions dollars houses and architecturale gems. First, I will have the guest come to my cottage in Venice and introduce them to the beautiful and tranquil outdoor garden space where their workout will take place. To make the workout truly personal, we will discuss the guest's fitness history, level, and goals. Then, I assess their mobility and stability with some basic movement patterns. Our workout begins by preparing the fascia through the use of a high-end vibrating foam roller and connecting the mind and body through conscious and deep nose breathing. The next 10 minutes we spend on training the core for stability in all planes using your body weight and a Swiss ball. The following 30 minutes is dedicated to whole body strength training using mobility of the shoulders and hips while stabilizing from the core. We use body weight, TRX, and resistance bands as we progress from simple to complex movements. We spend the remainder of the workout practicing balance by learning how to stand and move on an Indo board. This neurological challenge is a fun way to draw you into the present moment. We finish the session by cooling down and stretching with a few yoga poses.
