Welcome to a room in a quiet home in the heart of Santa Cruz. You will get to be hosted by Brie, the loving goofy pup. Relax in the peaceful yard, soak in the hot tub, rest up in the VERY (everyone keeps commenting on it!) comfy bed, and enjoy the cozy feel of our home. We love to host and welcome you to this lovely beach town. The home is just off the freeway (but quiet), a short walk to downtown, the beach is a quick drive away along with so many other joys our community has to offer.

Our spacious, fully furnished 1000 sf apartment with separate entrance is located in a safe, family and pet friendly neighborhood. The living room offers a large couch to relax in front of the fireplace. Bedroom and living room are bright and spacious. Use a new 210 sf spare room to work out or as an office. Enjoy your private patio and a shared vegetable garden right outside the french doors. The kitchenette has a Jura coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and under-counter fridge.

Our cozy home is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with street lights. There is easy access to local parks & trails and it is less than 2 miles from beaches & the harbor. The space does shares walls with our main home where we live with our family. The room has its own private entrance, kitchenette (separate from the main room), bathroom & private patio with a table & chairs. With south-facing windows, you can enjoy the sunshine, or use our black-out curtains for rest when needed.
