We will begin our classes with teaching everyone how to make pasta from scratch: ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle! We provide also a vegan alternative with dough without eggs. You will learn how to do 3 types of long pasta, 3 of short, and 4 different kind of ravioli. You can take this knowledge with you to your own kitchen with a copy of our recipes for you. Last but not least: bring your own bottle of wine! Cheers! At the end you’ll can taste your handmade pasta!

I'll do my best to accommodate you.* La Jolla Cove is one of the most popular spots in San Diego, noted by a series of small caves created by the Pacific Ocean, where we can observe seals, sea lions, and an abundance of fish! After a brief safety and snorkel etiquette talk, we will explore the area, including the caves (if conditions permit), for one hour. Since La Jolla Cove is part of a Marine Protected Area all natural things (animals, shells, etc.) must remain where they are found. I will point out and provide detailed information on the flora and fauna we encounter during the experience! Any living animals found will be left on their own; we do not interfere, touch, or handle any living marine life, following Airbnb's Animal Welfare Policy. Join us on board our sail yacht for a relaxing experience on San Diego Bay. Lounge in our bean bags as we sail the calm waters of San Diego Bay and sail past all the amazing sights in the Harbor, such as the Ballast Point Submarine Base, Sea Lion docks, North Island Coronado Naval Station, and the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum. Kids Love It! Adults Love It! And the dogs will love that you came to walk them and play with them. We'll all meet at the amazing Shelter Island! You will meet our pack of rescue dogs of all sizes and origins, and help us exercise, socialize and publicize them! It helps these neglected (and sometimes abused) dogs learn to trust people again, and socializes them for public adoption events! We will walk the dogs the length of the Island and back, with great views of the marina, the ocean and across to the Navy yards. You will play with the dogs, help socialize them including treat-time, and get lot's of Instagram worthy photos! We will end at the beach , and then you will have time to explore Shelter Island and perhaps grab a coffee at a local shop! Other things to note It will probably be sunny! Wear sunscreen. You may want to wade in the water, or even swim, dress appropriately for that, and for the sand!

For Special Consideration: The group will meet in Old Town San Diego at Rockin' Baja Lobster, a notoriously fun Mexican restaurant! We'll sip our first tequila shot while enjoying chips and a full salsa bar! *Fri, Sat, & Sun 6pm groups meet in Old Town San Diego at Casa de Maria, in the heart of the market-square and birthplace of California. The tour then takes us on a beautiful scenic walk. Guests' are encouraged to stop at some of the many store's to purchase souvenirs along the way. Our next stop is high on the hillside, Old Town Tequila Factory, where we sample another shot of tequila AND enjoy a delicious fish taco on the rooftop patio with a beautiful scenic view that overlooks Downtown San Diego and the San Diego Harbor that gives that perfect backdrop for a selfie! As the tour continues, we learn about the Whaley House, early California, grave sites, historical markers, and other Old Town facts as we pass them by on our way to our final stop. Saving the best for last, the restaurant, bar and tequila museum El Agave. This is a top shelf tequileria and carries over 2,000 tequilas. This incredible experience will start and end at the same location and has FREE parking. I am an expert guide and amatuer photographer. I will guide you into the most spectacular and hard to reach areas where others have never even heard about! We will descend into an incredible slot canyon with opportunities for one of a kind photos and breathtaking views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean. We will visit amazing sandstone slot canyons and wind caves on our trek. The hike up is strenuous at times but you will be rewarded with a 20 million dollar view as we summit magnificent cliffs. You will help us free fly our falcons on the cliffs of La Jolla at the Torrey Pines Gliderport, a National Historical Place and beloved landmark. In our Experience, offered through Total Raptor Experience San Diego, you'll learn how to call and release one of our trained birds using a falconry glove, and admire their aerial skills while they soar above the cliffs. You'll get an up-close and personal view of their mastery of flight as they perform simulated hunting behaviors, swooping, ground-skimming and diving at high speed after a moving target. At the same time we will discuss raptor flight styles and how they contribute to the diverse ecologies of different types of hawks and falcons. There will be plenty of time for questions and pictures with our birds. My hope is to send you home with a new, or perhaps renewed, love for these majestic predators and the environment. We will meet in North Pacific Beach in the morning or afternoon to talk about the surf conditions. Then we will walk down to the beach together. Next I will give a land lesson on the basics of surfing, we will practice different pop-up techniques so you're more comfortable in the water. Then we will go out into the water and I will help you get some waves and start surfing! Afterwards we'll carry the boards back to where we started. PHOTOS INCLUDED The beautiful & vibrant coast of Ocean Beach will serve as your area to experience the sport of surfing. You will first begin by meeting us on the beach with a great attitude and the willingness to learn. We will provide a 8ft Soft Top Wavestorm and a Wetsuit that fits your body composition. We will begin in the interaction stage, where we will develop a better understanding of your previous experience, desired learning style, and go over any questions you may have before we start the learning process. We will begin by getting you fitted into a wetsuit of your choice. (10 mins) To change, you will use the public bathrooms provided at Ocean Beach. Once changed, We will then start the teaching process by going over safety hazards, proper etiquette, and formal technique on the sand. (10 mins) Once you are comfortable and understand the first stage of learning on the sand, we will then transition into the ocean. Once in the ocean, we will begin in shallow water by implementing what you learned on the sand, to live action. This will include demonstrating your ability to properly paddle, gain momentum with the wave, and properly stand up. We will remain in the shallow water practicing the basic fundamentals until you are comfortable and have demonstrated that you are ready to progress into deeper waters. Most important thing is to have fun and be yourself.

La Jolla Bay is a Marine Protected Area that is home to a thriving ecosystem that boasts a high concentration of sea life, has a natural boat launch, which allows safe ocean entry year-round, and is famous for its Sea Caves and Marine Reserve. No experience is required. Great for all skill levels. Your guide will kick things off with a paddle tutorial on the beach. If surf exists, we will help push your kayak through any breakers. As we paddle through La Jolla’s Marine Reserve keep an eye out for Seals, Sea Lions, Sea Turtles, Pelicans, Dolphin and Gray whales in the fall/winter. Note: We cannot guarantee sea life. If conditions are safe, we will help guide your kayak into Emerald Cave. If it's not safe to enter Emerald Cave, we will still paddle out & explore La Jolla's World-Famous Marine Reserve. Note: if not safe we WILL NOT enter the Emerald Cave, we don't cancel if the cave isn't safe and spend about a minute inside. La Jolla Bay is an Uncontrollable Environment. We are happy to introduce you to the 60-minute Glow Boat Experience on pedal boats! Romantic night date idea in San Diego Bay! The boat is illuminating 360 degrees inside and outside, and it's a lot of fun riding it after dark. To complete your experience, it will be a speaker and a small disco ball to make your boat rock'n'roll. Our crew will guide you through Night Bay to ensure you feel safe and know where to go. On an average night, we have a group of 12 boats and 2 boats with our crew.
