The house is beautifully fitted throughout with custom wood elements and stylish, earthy tones and textures that create a warm, welcoming ambiance.

The living area has spacious, open plan layout with plush couches and a flat screen TV in the lounge area, plus a rustic farmyard-style 6-seater dining table, and a central wood fire to heat the room.

The stunning kitchen is well set up with a dishwasher, 5-burner oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, plus all the extras you need to create a gourmet meal for the family - or some easy snacks!

Outdoors is a backyard oasis. The deck has a fantastic lounge sitting area and a BBQ and there is a separate paved firepit zone, all lined with twinkling string lights. Lush, tall greenery lines the grassed yard, providing both tranquility and privacy.

There is also plenty of fun to be had over the ping pong table in garage.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and either built-in or walk-in robes.
Bedroom 1 - King bed, ceiling fan, walk-in robe, private balcony and ensuite with shower and toilet.

Historic Milton is 3.5km away and Ulludulla with its lovely harbour is 5km - both areas offer wonderful options for exploring the local region and all it has to offer.
