A very special place to spend your holiday, far from the busy city life.
Located in a private road, surrounded by nature and animals, The Little Castle offers you a unique space to reconnect with nature and with yourself.

All you hear are the birds singing and the goats grazing. Yet, we are very close to all amenities. There's a bus stop five minutes walk from the house. The famous Xlendi Bay is just down the road, and if you like hiking, Ta Cenc Cliff is also near by!

The house is literally a very unique space! It's original Maltese name means actually “the little castle”. It has 2 levels: the ground floor, where there are all the living spaces (kitchen, living room, offices) and the bathroom that could potentially be your private one; the 1st floor is just for bedrooms and one bathroom (to share with us, if you don’t go for private one).

There are two accesses to the terrace: one from the corridor and one private from your bedroom. The terrace goes all around the house and offer a beautiful 360view, from Xewikija Church to Xlendi cliff and the Citadel.

In the kitchen there’s a fridge for you, and you will be able to cook your own food if you wish. Otherwise you can book yourself our private chef service (Jack or myself) and get your dinner served on the terrace!

In the living room there’s a smart 41inch Tv with Netflix if you fancy a movie night. Otherwise you can lay on the sunbed and watch a sky full of stars!

Munxar is a small and quiet village. There’s a bus stop near by the house, a couple of supermarkets where you can also buy fresh fruit and veg.

There’s a small pub/restaurant in the local square called Paulo’s, where you can eat one of the best burgers on the island (at least for us!).

Munxar is also very close to Xlendi: you can catch a bus or walk down the main road, and be in Xlendi in 15-20 minutes. Here you will find a couple of Dive Centers, a strip of restaurants and a very cool pub, recently renovated called "Front Bar".

Munxar is also right next to Ta’ Cenc Cliffs, where you can go for amazing sunrise walks.

Hi and welcome to our profile!
We are Jack and Corinna, also known around the island of Gozo as "Sacred Food". Jack is a Chef Consultant, and Corinna is a Chef and Food Therapist, and we decided to open up our space to people like you! People that love food, nature, and are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, relax and reconnect with themselves.

We are very passionate about food and we love cooking. Jack is from Spain, Corinna from Italy: together we're a great combo in the kitchen!
We usually prepare breakfast for our guests (check the pictures), but you can always book a special dinner with us in advance.
We also have a cheeky cat named Pisello, who loves to eat, play and cuddle.

If you have never been to Gozo, this little gem in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea has some unique gifts to offer you. From hiking to diving; from nice restaurants to fun adventures; from craft beer tour to wine tasting; we are very well connected, and we will make sure you don't miss out!
