This cottage is a true gem with many "homely" comforts. It is set in a quiet street with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Walking distance to Clare's town centre, the beautiful Riesling Trail & various restaurants including, Mr Mick's Cellar Door & Tapas Restaurant, Indii of Clare, Seed Restaurant & Rooftop Bar & Ragu & Co Italian. Local cafes include 1871, Daily Grind, Zest & Just Julie's.
Relax in the reading nook, lounge or outside with a BBQ.
You will simply love the experience.

Majutuskoht
The front original part of this stone cottage has four generous size bedrooms, tastefully and simply decorated. The master bedroom has a beautiful new ensuite bathroom with in floor heating. The elegant, period hall leads into the open plan kitchen and lounge which contains both a wood slow combustion heater and reverse cycle air conditioning. There is also a dining table and chairs and large solid wood island bench with stools. The kitchen is very well equipped for those guests wishing to cook at home. A little reading nook with in floor heating provides a lovely spot for a quiet read and relax.

From the lounge room, there is a laundry and 2nd bathroom containing a shower and toilet. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner is provided in both bathrooms along with towels.

At the back of the cottage is an undercover patio with outdoor setting and BBQ.

Hi, I'm Kath & I have lived on a farm locally for the past 26 years, after emigrating from London to join my locally born husband. I have 3 young adult children & as a family, we enjoy travelling both within Australia and overseas. I have worked in the wine industry since emigrating & I'm passionate about Clare Valley wines, produce & supporting local business.
I have been lucky enough to be asked to host this gorgeous house in the heart of the township of Clare & enjoy preparing the house for each booking, with pride & attention to detail.
Note: I previously co-hosted this property but have recently taken over the listing completely, which is why it now shows as a new listing for me with no current reviews.
