Our House is located 500mts to Railway station. 500mts to Bus stop. Near so many Hotels and shops avilable. Beach is 1km from our property.

It's a spacious property with 2 Bedroom 1st Room will have a Queen Bed with AC,TV and attached Bathroom with an balcony and 2nd room will have 2 single Bed with AC and attached Bathroom and an extra Bed. Very spacious hall with a dinning area with TV and Toilet attached.

Kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge and all vessel. Gas charges or extra.

We are Nazeem and Michel Jerin, two childhood buddies, who grew up in the quaint town of Nagercoil, in the district of Kanyakumari. As kids, we always loved the beach and dreamt of a beach house, where we could spend our holidays. But back then and even now, not all the beach houses are affordable for everyone.

Fast forward 20 years, here we are at SUNSHINE VILLAS, an idyllic beach resort, located just 50 metres from the seashore, with a party sized swimming pool to splash, a beautiful garden to blend in with nature, and a private and cozy villa to retire in. Initially, we built this property for our personal retreat but now, we have opened it up for the public at an affordable cost via Airbnb.
Following COVID safety measures and maintaining well sanitized rooms, we strive to provide the best stay to our guests. We are all set to host you! Come home to enjoy the traditional Indian beach holiday with our very own Sunshine Villas.
