Driftwood Cabin is a ground level, modest, two bedroom log cabin located 400m from Willyama Beach at Marion Bay.

Lovingly styled with eclectic, comfortable furnishings the cabin offers basic modern conveniences whilst maintaining the charm of a rustic beach shack.

Richard, aka Chucky / Chuckman, has a long history with Marion Bay located at the southern end of South Australia’s Yorke Peninsula.

An avid surfer, as a young man Richard built his log cabin and spent many years surfing daily in the local area.

He more recently ventured to Adelaide where he met the love of his life, his now fiancé Ailis and they settled in the Adelaide Hills.

Sharing a passion for music, the arts, animals and good times they live and love to the beat of their own drum.

Together they have transformed his surfer’s shack into a lovingly styled space that is reflective of both personalities, to share with guests seeking a home away from home.

All artwork on display in Driftwood Cabin is the work of Chuckman.
