The Salomon Ganem building was built over 70 years ago and used to be a famous hotel famous for its Republican design! It’s prime location makes it strategic to access many cafes, restaurants, bars, plazas, museums and stores just a few steps away!

The Loft is located In the Santo Domingo neighbourhood which used to be the home of the wealthy and Nobel citizens of Colonial Cartagena. The houses in this area are distinguished by the beautiful balconies that adorn them.

The neighbourhood is super safe, lively and filled with restaurants, bars, cafes, plazas and museums!

Fun fact: Only the high class of Cartagena were allowed to build full balconies! The middle class were only allowed French balconies and the working class only windows!
