Minimalist design, this prefabricated container studio has all you need for a vacation and if needed, get work done! Equipped with essentials, prepare meals in the kitchenette w/fridge & electric stove. Soak in the pool or enjoy a relaxing hot shower. Nap in the hammock in the dedicated spacious patio or make meals in the shared outdoor kitchen & dine outside by the tiny garden. Hike or swim in nearby natural wonders or shop and take in nightlife minutes away to gensan. All travelers welcome!

Kitchenette: sink, fridge, small electric stove, rice cooker & kitchen utensils.

Bathroom: hot/cold shower, sink & toilet

Outdoor Deck: dining table, chairs & hammock

Wifi: 100mbps speed. 10-pesos daily. Booster is installed on property for pisofi machine across the street at the store. Please pay directly & register your device/phone at arrival.

20-minutes from the airport and 15-minutes away from SM Mall in Gensan proper. The property is located inside a local village subdivision. Small shops that sells fruit and vegetables, bakery and sari-sari store inside the neighborhood. Very close to Olaer Resort.

Hi!

We are a family of (3)- Jo & Mike + Izzy, the rescue chiweenee dog (18 pds & going on 14yrs old).

We love being in nature, interacting with the ocean and seeing as much of our precious planet as humanly possible.

In fact, on the road is how Mike & I met! The first time as travel guides in California & the 2nd time chilling out in Kanoa, a surf town in Ecuador. We love to camp, travel in our van and occasionally spoil Izzy at pet-friendly Airbnb’s & hotels.

We’ve been all over my homeland, the Philippine Islands! Especially Mike looking for surfable waves! Between the two of us, we’ve visited, studied, volunteered and worked in over 40+ countries.

We are happy to share what we know of the road & the various places we’ve been. Send us an email for travel questions and happy to share what we know! Favorite places are: Hawaii, Indonesia, Mexico, Tahiti, Sri Lanka & of course The PI!

For decades, Mindanao has largely been unexplored but that is changing! Discover beautiful and natural spaces not far from the property - like Sanchez Peak, Olaer Springs or further out to Burias Beach or Lake Sebu.
