Hallway/boot room:
The bright and airy hall gives access to all adjacent bedrooms and rooms. There is a large cupboard which we have made into a small boot room where you can store your shoes & jackets. The small cupboard in the hall has a travel cot & high chair for your use.
Bathroom:
The recently refurbished stylish bathroom has a large double walk in shower (with complimentary ‘Scottish Fine Soaps’ products) towels are also provided.
Livingroom:
The comfortable livingroom has a large corner sofa and coffee table. There is a TV, books & board games for your entertainment. WiFi is included. Feel free to bring your own fire stick or streaming device which can be connected up to the TV.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker/oven, utensils etc. complimentary tea, coffee & sugar is provided along with some essentials, salt, pepper & cooking oil. There is a dining space in the kitchen with a table that seats 4.
Bedrooms:
All bedrooms benefit from views of the river and Roman bridge.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and bedside tables. You will also find an iron, ironing board & hairdryer in the wardrobe for use during your stay.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside tables & a walk in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, a bedside table and a walk in wardrobe.
All bed linen is provided.
Storage: there is a secure lockup on the ground floor where you can store your bike or a buggy.
Children & infants:
We have young children so like to take the stress out of travelling with kids as much as we can. We provide a travel cot (please bring your own cot bedding) high chair and some kiddies plates & cutlery. There is also some Children’s books and board games.
