New paint in interior, hard wood flooring, new carpeting in bedroom, backsplash in kitchen, new faux-granite tops, two tv's, stereo speakers throughout, awning with outdoor seating area, grill, fire pit, outdoor table and chairs, tiki lamps, We offer two inner tubes and take upstream for free. BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS. Please leave shoes outside.

Relax in this updated, pull behind camper. It's available after Labor Day. of 2021 We've lived in it this past summer and loved it! We took a hardly used pull behind camper, painted the interior white, put in high quality hardwood flooring, covers over the existing furniture, created faux-granite counter tops, subway tile backsplash, wifi, two smart tvs.,new pink velvet couch, kitchen is stocked with basic cooking needs, surrounded by trees and lots of birds. A deck under the awning with grill, table for four and a serving cart. Fire pit in the wooded area. I, Stacy, do not like camping, but I have loved staying in this cozy space. AC/Heat as well, lawn chairs, some games. Walk about 40 yards to the South Fork of the New River. (across our quiet street).

NOTE: Campers are known to have lots of storage space and this one certainly does. HOWEVER, the spaces are smaller and many of them, but not large enough for large suitcases. Since the "hallway" and area around the bed is narrow, we do not recommend bringing large suitcases. Pack duffle bag or back packs, things that you can empty, roll-up and store.

The queen bed is standard width but shorter length at 6' instead of 6'6". The air mattress/couch and dinette convertible bed are longer.

This is a "no shoes" camper, please leave shoes outside or just inside the door.

Please note: There is a three- burner gas stove and a microwave. The oven broke and we're still sourcing the right part for it.

We're a family of five that lived and worked in Asia for over 20 years and LOVE to travel the world. We now call Boone, home, though we can still be found crossing the continents for work and play. Our home was one of the highest occupancy vacation rentals in our area while we lived overseas. Now we get to live in it.

Airbnb is built on trust and relationships. We LOVE this concept and have had thousands come through our door. We started hosting in August of 2015. How has it been? --FABULOUS! We love hosting guests in one of our two upstairs rooms when we're home as well as having large groups rent our entire home from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day weekend and major holidays. We also have two, secluded, tiny home cabins that are wildly popular. In the fall of 2021 we opened a really cute Glamper on our property that's a totally renovated large RV. Lastly, in the fall of 2021 when our youngest moved out, we renovated the downstairs and it's a separate two bedroom one bath unit with private entrance--really nice place at an economical price point.

We aim to treat each guest that walks into our home as part of our family. We delight to have guests enter as strangers and depart as friends. That said, we'll give you all the space you need, but if you want to chat over a cup of coffee or a drink on the deck, we're happy to do that.

We are followers of Jesus and are blessed to have been able to work around the world helping the poorest of the poor through sustainable development. We really enjoy sharing some pretty cool stories with our guests.

We love travel, international cultures, exotic foods, the outdoors, dark chocolate, red wine, college football--well most any sport, romantic comedies, mountains, authentic conversations, and especially our three amazing kids!!!

As of Fall of 2022, our oldest, Amanda, is a Pepperdine grad and now studying for a masters in public health in Holland. Our middle, Hope, is a senior studying commercial music and an aspiring vocalist, song writer and worship leader at Biola University in La Mirada, CA (Check out Hope Langston on Spotify or Youtube) and our youngest is a sophomore at Colorado Christian University studying business entrepreneurship, Bible and Outdoor Recreation.
