Our historic property is situated on a main road, yet feels secluded and was one of the first settled in our county. Our farmhouse was built in 1840! There's a small cemetery on the property with tombstones from the civil war era, hiking trails where you can find treasures from the past, birds and wildlife galore.

Big plans and adventures start here! Lives have literally been changed from staying on our property. Come dream, plan and start your future from the deck of your tent in our back field where you'll be afforded plenty of privacy.

We welcome people of all races, cultures, gender identities and sexual orientation. We do not tolerate racism or bigotry on our property.

We can give you all sorts of tips about our favorite nearby outdoor, art or food attractions! Also great spots for fishing, hunting or kayaking!

We are:
3/4 mile to a Susquehanna River boat launch
12 miles to a Delaware River boat launch
15 miles to Binghamton and Binghamton University Campus
5 miles to Animal Adventure with the famous giraffes!
5 miles to Nathanial Cole Park
a few hours to New York City

Amenities included:
- a recently added full sized gas grill with a side burner! (please turn off gas tank between uses)
- Outdoor shower (a 5 gallon pail of water with a battery pump)
- Outdoor "kitchenette"/handwashing station
- fire ring with grate
- Weber charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal or pre-order from us)
- a small cooler for your use
- a foam mattress on the bottom bunk
- air mattresses blown up before you arrive on the top bunk
- 2 lawn lounge chairs
- shade umbrellas
- 4 outside chairs
- 2 inside chairs
- nice solar lighting (in case you're afraid of the dark, like me!)
- one rack of firewood - kindling included

Tentrr Signature campsites have always been more than just a bed in a bush. Every site comes standard with a waterproof canvas tent, a queen-size bed, camp furniture, and all the basics to get out and enjoy nature. Our Peak Portfolio campsites keep our campers coming back for more. It could be stunning views, hidden swimming holes, or unique extras. Or, it could be all of them. The one thing they all have in common is awesome CampKeepers - hosts that make our campers have their best camping trip ever.

Each Tentrr Signature campsite includes a large canvas tent on a raised platform, wood-fired stove, queen-sized bed, 5-person dome tent, 2 Adirondack chairs, camp table, camp benches, storage box, fire pit, campfire grill, trash can, 5-gallon water container, outdoor sun shower, and outdoor camp toilet.

Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your reservation confirmation on Airbnb. Your CampKeeper is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable).
