Luxurious oceanfront 2 bed, 2 bath Townhouse in Rockport. Impressive views all around and sunlight everywhere. Outdoor stairs to oversized deck and entrance. First floor features hardwood flooring throughout living room, dining room; kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, plus a first floor bedroom and full bath. Full master suite on top floor with sitting area. Amazing views of Rockport Harbor and the Atlantic. -> ps.. "penthouse" bathtub is not jetted... :-(

In April 2021, I went to an Open House on a Saturday. Put my offer in on Monday, and it was accepted on Tuesday. I think this is a stunning place. TWT has been booked almost continuously since Memorial Day 2021 to now . I have used VRBO, yet expanding to AirBnB starting on December 1st -
TWT deserves to be shared.

There are a few open dates in March, April, May and June.
July, August, September, and half of October 2022 already booked.

If the dates you are looking for do not appear available, please shoot me a message. Sometimes dates are blocked yet could be adjusted, and/or I can refer you to another delightful nearby place to stay.

My wife and I live 5 miles away in Gloucester, yet I have been drawn to Bearskin Neck and Tuna Wharf ever since my college buddy from North Carolina opened North Shore Kayak on the end of Tuna Wharf. ( now under new ownership and known as North Shore Adventures) And with the Shalin Liu Performance Center opening and fine dining like Feather & Wedge, the appeal went even higher. ( actually check out Shalin Liu calendar and built your Rockport trip around a show). Park the car in your private space, and enjoy the delights of walking around Rockport during these quiet months. And... even off-season... there is still plenty to do around Cape Ann, and I am more than happy to provide ideas and suggestions on places to go and dining options.

Wife Sally, and 21 year old daughter Elizabeth.

Sally is Canadian and is smart and beautiful. We were married in Wales in July 2001. We live by the ocean in America's oldest fishing port - Gloucester Massachusetts. Elizabeth graduated from a Francophile high school in the nearby town of Beverly and is a junior at UMASS-Amherst ( Honors College )

Sally and I bought Tuna Wharf Townhouse in April 2021 and it listed on the other short-term rental site that starts with a V. Tuna Wharf Townhouse has been delightfully booked consistently from Memorial Day2021 until Thanksgiving.

On December 1st, I realized that there was a lot of empty space during the winter months. I posted TWT on AirBnB and BOOM! -> December, January, February and most of March, April and May filled up.

I honestly believe that Tuna Wharf Townhouse should be shared and enjoyed by as many people as possible. The reviews speak for themselves.

I pride myself in anticipating, meeting, and exceeding guest's exceptions.

TWT is a quality place and it attracts quality people.

If a desired date does not appear available, do sent me a message. There are almost always solutions...and....Rockport is a delightful place to be regardless of the season.
