Easy walk to Kenilworth Castle, the Greenway cycle path, Abbey Fields with tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness trail, play areas and walking around the fields and lake. Warwick Uni only a few miles away.

This listing is for the home I live in with my 3 boys and our pets: 3 dogs and 3 cats (the cats are hypoallergenic breeds, very friendly and will be here during your stay).
We live in this house, it is thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay but if you want a hotel-like experience this is not the Airbnb for you! We live here right up until your stay and our things will still be here during your stay.

The entire house is available for exclusive use during school holidays and some weekends.

Weekdays during term time we enjoy having guests stay with us on a B&B basis.
