This is a unique stand alone, tiny house located on a one of a kind property overlooking Spruce Creek with beautiful water view right from front window. Regular home on the property that adjoins with spacious porches. Private, outdoor entrance allows for Covid Freedom. Property has multiple water views and Tiny house has new renovations inc. compostable toilet, funky cool shower and tiny kitchenette. Spacious bedroom area overlooking water. Cool ocean breezes abound and kayaking is near.

This space has kayaking access down the street, outlets 1 mile away, downtown Portsmouth 5 miles away and the multitude of beaches on the seacoast, including Seapoint and Fort Foster at your fingertips. The sweetness of this spot though is total privacy, seclusion, beauty and quiet. Two outdoor cats live on the property. Very sweet Maine Coon cats. I have been hosting for many years at another home and do everything that I can to make your stay pleasurable. Feedback is welcome!!!

The neighborhood is as quiet as it can be since it is a dead end street with only two more houses after me. It is almost all retirees so no noise. However a very short distance away are a plethora of great eating spots and of course, The Malls. Kittery is a known new hot spot for restaurants but York and Portsmouth are nearby with nightlife and even more to choose from.

I am an adventurous, open and well educated women who loves to travel and loves to share my home. I've been educated as much from the world classroom as the 6 years of walls and feel emphatically grateful that I have been fortunate enough to experience it all. Making people feel comfortable, happy, and at ease, as well as providing an optimum get away experience is crucial to me as I have received such warmth all over the world. This is a quiet, fabulous spot surrounded by Maine watee but 1 mile from the famous beaches and history of Kittery , Me. and Portsmouth NH.
People love my baking...creativity is another essential component to my life. My guitar and singing are also something I love to share if you are musical. We had many a songswap around the fire last year.
Can't wait to meet you but if you are looking for a quiet stay without people, that's quite perfect too.

I'm a great tour guide and have been know to take people for a quick tour to alert you to the private out of the way places that noone knows about. There is another rental space on the property with a permanent renter.
