The 1 bedroom apartment is full of bright light from outside. It is definitely quite and spacious & quite place for relaxing.
- Square: 55 m2, King-size bed
- Elevator, washing&dry machine, it is free for using.
- High speed internet, clean the room and change the bed sheet every 3 days
- few minutes to go West lake, UNDP, Lotte Building, Daewoo hotel,Japan embassy and 15 minutes to Old Quarter
- Security guy is here 24h for helping &checking
- Circle K closes by, 2 minutes by walking

Lavender Building located in alley 97 Van Cao street - opposite to Quan Ngua stadium and just takes 400 meters to West Lake.
It's located in a good area with many restaurants and cafes around it. Perfect spots to staying long-term in Hanoi.
The apartment is absolutely quite in this alley.

Hi everyone,
I have worked in long-term apartments for renting since 2001. My company has around 500 apartments in Hanoi. I would like to introduce our nice apartment and our teams for short term guests as a business, travelers, visitors...when they are available and waiting for the long term guest. So, we normally open the apartment 2 weeks in advance. So, my apartment gets all of furniture or equipment for relaxing, working and staying.
We have a team to support when you need something.
If you are interested in renting long term, that is our main job.
I am passionate about reading, trekking, traveling...

I have been visited a few countries in Asia and hope to travel Euros next year.
