It is a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood with a lot of parks around it. The building location is in a very convenient area. Few big grocery stores are with in15 min walking distance, 3 to 5 minutes driving. Easy access to public transportation and highway to downtown. 15 to 20 minutes to York Mills subway station by bus that stops just at the door.
