Welcome to my apartment.
It's a private locable bedroom room in a 4bhk apartment in a residential housing cooperative society. This room will be completely yours and no one will be allowed to enter or disturb you without your consent. Also, I stay with my mother in the same house in another room and we will be available 24/7 for your convenience.
It's couple friendly and all you need is a government ID (either aadhar card or passport. Pan card is not allowed)

The room has a King size double bed, (with a 4 inches comfort mattress) clean Lenin (bed sheet), pillows and blankets.
It has a fan and an AC which has a remote control access.
Multiple sockets sockets for better accessibility and multiple electronic devices.
It has a huge dressing table mirror (full body vision) and a study table with stools.
There is a wardrobe where you keep your belongings and lock it. Also, inside the wardrobe there is a safety locable drawer.
We would provide you will filtered water and glasses and you can refill it from the kitchen whenever required. We do not provide breakfast.
There would be room freshner and tissue paper book.
There is a dustbin in the room and is cleaned everyday for hygiene purpose.
The daily cleaning in the room happens at 11am and the room needs to be kept open for cleaning purpose and if you don't want to be disturbed, let us know in advance.
We do not have wifi internet as of now and it's in process, it may take a while

The washroom is attached to the bedroom and is private. There will be hot water, Western Style WC with jet spray and toilet paper. There is a rain shower. Buckets and mug will be provided if required. Soap will also be provided. We provide towels at an additional cost.

The famous Dagdu shet ganpati is around 500m (10 min walk)

The hisoric fort Shaniwar wada is around 1km (15 min walk)

The Osho international mediation center is approximately 3km and will take 15 min in the cab / ric.

The ancient jain temple is at a distance of 50m (2 min walking)

The famous Chai (tea) shop is a min away
You can find everything from old houses to morning skyscrapers in the locality
