The lower level of our home has a brand new kitchenette, play room, large bedroom with Queen bed, three sofas and a full size futon. Walkout to a large deck with heated in ground pool. We are located one mile from Binghamton University and everything you could ask for, from nature trails to shops and restaurants is within a mile.
