Seth and Martha are a married couple who live and work in Little Rock, Arkansas. They met 13 years ago in Hot Springs. Martha is a fourth generation native of the "Spa City" and still visits often to see her family, spend time on the lake or bet the horses at Oaklawn.

The Weisheits bought the condo as a weekend getaway. When they're not enjoying the Willow Beach condo, they love to open it up to families or singles who want to experience one of America's most unique southern towns.
