The architect Khun Bodin has located the villa in an area for which the island itself is famously known to tourists as the "Coconut Island". Being inspired by the beautiful and natural surroundings, the architect extended the design concept to the overall look of the property. A simple, elegant and beautiful space and the consistent lines of the roof harmonise with the natural surroundings. The design is blending into the beautiful natural Chaweng Noi environment.

The building is split into smaller units, like the traditional design of locals Thai island houses that have many compartments within one house. Inspired by traditional Koh Samui Thai living the villa does harmonise with its geographic characteristics assimilating with the natural surroundings and area.
