It is in the ground floor and has just a couple of steps. One can park his car right in front of the apartment’s entrance. The garden is flat and one can reach the sea without obstacles. The bathroom has a shower.

At a distance of approximately 100-200 meters there is a water sports school (Ski - parachute). One can rent a boat for a day-long exploration of the nearby beaches or enjoy the local delicacies in the seaside small taverns.
