The "Lakeside Abode" is a completely remodeled 3 bed 2 bath town home that is fully furnished & decorated in a modern taste. You're only a 4 minute ride to Lincoln's city center & many dining & entertainment options including the Hay Market / Rail Yard, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Memorial Stadium, The Lied center & much more! You're also very close to I-80 (our main interstate), the airport & UNL.

My home has 3 queen size beds all picked for your comfort. There is also a couch in the living room for those of you looking to "Rough it" lol... You have high speed internet, 55 inch high definition flat screen TV in the living room with ROKU attachment for all your tv streaming needs to include complimentary Netflix. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to make a nice home cooked meal. My home also features a washer and dryer for my travelers sticking around for the longer stay. I am very pet friendly and the side yard is fenced in so you can let your pets out without needing a lease. Winters here a chilly so feel free to make use of my 2 stall attached garage.

Capital Beach is a diverse neighborhood with homes ranging form the early 1900's when the neighborhood was first established all the way up the the multi-million dollar lake front properties. With our close proximity to O street (Lincoln's main drag) we also have a mix of light industrial and businesses.

Hi there fellow travelers and vagabonds! Travel and experiencing new places and cultures is my number one hobby and I got to do a lot of that in my early 20's in my previous career field. As a matter of fact a lot of the décor pieces I used in my first listing were trinkets I acquired during my world travels.

My other passion and life's work is fixing up homes and working in real estate.

Now that our new career keeps us home a bit more then we'd like we still had this travel itch that we needed to scratch. This seems to be the perfect outlet to get our travel fix and work in real estate. My Fiancé, Joslyn and I both have servants hearts and would be honored to have you stay in one of our places.
