There is a queen bed in the master, with extra room for 2 more on the sofa bed. The bed has 2 firm and 2 soft pillows as options for every guest, as well as window unit air conditioners. Everything is new. It's quaint, comfortable and close to the bustling downtown. And minutes away from nearly any reason you would have for visiting. Take advantage of all that Wausau has to offer! The last few pictures are some sights you would see around town, not necessarily from the apartment. Don't want confuse anyone.

During the summer you're so close to the square that you can hear the music on Wednesday evenings. You can see Granite Peak from the house, and if you're the outdoorsy type you can hit the slopes for a day of skiing and hot chocolate : ) If you have kids you could always check out WOW(Wausau on the Water). Have a drink while the kids play some video games. It's about two blocks away.

Hello, my name is Chad Dennis and I live and work in Wausau Wisconsin. I have 3 beautiful children ranging in ages from 11 to 15, and I work at a local blood center. I enjoy dining at funky restaurants as well as the local hole in the wall. I love wine, reds in particular, which you will get to understand better should you decide to stay at my place. I'm also a fan of the great outdoors, and one of the places I love to frequent with the kids, is the Eau Claire Dells. The Dells is east of the city a few miles. It is beautiful whenever I decide to go, and so relaxing. It's nice reconnecting with nature and the real world, and the Dells is just one of the ways I do it. I hope to be able to talk to you soon.
