This homestay opens in April 2018 by a young Cambodian woman, Fara.
Fara and her 3 loving dogs are also living in the house,she will be happy to assist you in anything you need. Our aim is to create a connection between both foreigner and local and share experiences. All rooms have single& double bed with private bath,living room and share kitchen. Our home is near Angkor Wat. It's a perfect spot for people who like nature,visit Angkor wat and learn about people and culture!

Majutuskoht
The project was established in April 2018 when the building still served as a residential home. We have been busy renovating and as a result, have created a home where both locals and foreigners share and learn from one another. Look inside the daily lives of the Cambodian locals living in the surrounding areas. Whilst we make comfortable places for our foreign visitors to stay, we have created a sharing environment between local and foreigner. We also focus on recycling and practicing sustainable living. This can be seen in our garden areas using materials such as plastic bottles and wooden pallets. We encourage our guests to participate with us and be a part of the daily improvements. We feel our community provides a very unique experience where you can be part of an authentic Khmer lifestyle – and also for us to learn from you!

We run daily activities to show our guests local Khmer culture and life. And located just a stone throw from the doors of Angkor Wat’s Temples, you’ll find your base for discovering Siem Reap too!

The area is safe and quiet. It's a residential area where both local and expat living. We are 300 meters from the big traffic road, so not much noises next to the house. and small local store and restaurants are few munite bike away.

My name is Fara ( find me in any social media as Fara Yai). I am just a simple Cambodian lady.
I like to meet and learn new things from the people I met along my way.I hope to meet good people and make good friends. I live in a house with my 3 dogs, Winnie ,Aslan and Lava. They all are a part of running this place with me now as most people said they are friendly and welcoming dogs. I start his homestay since April 2018. Slowly we renovate the building and design it to be a comfortable home for our guest to stay. My family members and volunteers are helping in the house with cleaning etc. I like to hang out if I have time.I enjoyed a lot meeting with local and learn from them during my own travel,That why I created these place for visitors to have the same experience during their visit in Cambodia.I think it's important and also the best way to travel and I hope you will have a best experience staying in Siem reap.
