The over night stay has been designed to indulge your senses in the sounds and settings of nature. We are constructed entirely of mud and salvaged materials- rammed earth, recycled wood & thatch. Open to sky showers & vertical landscapes allow interaction with nature at all times. As an artist community space, we integrate art into every person's stay. The recreation area is open to all- screen a movie, read books on art, spend quality time with your family and friends.

Karjat is surrounded by lush green mountains. The silence and natural surroundings and fresh air are the most refreshing things to look forward to. The local market is a walk away. The home-like atmosphere and simple food give the mind and senses a break from the routine. Matheran is just 45 minutes away. There are multiple treks around the area where one can go with a local or even unassisted.

The art village is a physical manifestation of a creative space where Artists, Film makers, Photographers, Architects, Yogi’s, Dancers, Musicians, and Theatre personalities come together to invent, create and share their philosophies, methods of practice and share their journey’s through workshops, festivals, talks and performances.
We have an earth stay program, where anyone can come stay at the project for an overnight visit or more and enjoy home cooked meals, an art based activity if there are a minimum of 6 guests or more, and interact with the space. We look forward to creating meaningful experiences and interactive sessions with our visitors.
