Private Bungalow tucked into our back yard. Serene and quiet space, though close to all amenities. Drop off your car and walk to football games & Olympic and local track events as well as outdoor concerts at Cuthbert. Oakway Hyatt just one block away. River bike paths just one block away.

- extremely quiet, private space-a true tiny house for you to experience!
- A laptop-friendly workspace: The tall table is near a power source, with a chair that looks over the garden or you can move outside and work on the porch where there is a table and chairs. Add a cup full of brand-new pens, a stapler, and a stack of sticky notes. There is a printer and copy machine inside the main house if you need them. Coffee maker, french press and tea kettle too. Some guests appreciate a little help powering through their busy days.
- Kitchenette with counter top convection oven/toaster, microwave and electric burners, coffee maker, French Press and tea kettle with tea pot. Perfect for light cooking.
-There is one sink provided for the unit.
- Queen Bed with pillow top provided and bathroom with shower, bed and bedding provided with storage underneath and around.
- Highly insulated floor, walls, ceiling to keep you cool in Summer, warm in Winter
- Ductless Unit to Heat and Cool
-32 inch Smart TV- you can access Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc with your own usernames and passwords. Some local TV stations and YouTube available without subscriptions
-Wi-Fi provided -150 MBPS download and 40 MBPS upload with latest AC technology

You are minutes away from Autzen Stadium Cuthbert or Hayward Field and 5 minutes from the bike path and the Eugene Country Club. The Oakway area is quiet, fun and close-knit with excellent public transit access to the U of O, the Bike Path and Downtown by bus or bike or walk.

Eugene ,Oregon is home & we love to travel!

We built the tiny house for our own use ; John and I and Mr Boo ( our dog) lived in it for three months as we remodeled the main house. It was a wonderful haven- cool in the summer and warm in the fall and winter.
It was just big enough for what we needed. Now we share it with our guests; We hope you feel the same way so come try the Tiny House Lifestyle...
