This is a strictly no smoking property. As with all listings, please do treat the property as if it's your own. This is a personally owned property which holds sentimental value, please do respect it :)

Unfortunately, no extra guests can be accommodated without prior notification and a subsequent agreement on charges.

The rooms are sold on a double (2people sharing) occupancy basis. (i.e. if both rooms are booked, I assume that four people will visit). I can still happily facilitate other occupancy setups. There is an additional (though nominal!) charge where the rooms are for single occupancy. Just drop me a message if this is the case and we can make a plan!

When you're leaving, please leave the house keys in side door unless we make other arrangements.

Two double rooms (1 king & 1 double bed) with a large shared ensuite, the rooms are for your occupancy only. Ideal for two couples, family etc. Tea/coffee in bedrooms, quiet, safe and peaceful area in the West of Ireland's most popular town!
