Casa los Cocos is located in a rural area of the city of Chinandega, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to shopping malls, movie theaters, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The house is surrounded by nature with fruit trees and abundant birds. The nearest beach is Paso Caballos, only 11 miles away. However, the best beaches in Chinandega are about 25 miles away, such as Aposentillo, Playa Santa María del Mar, Playa El Manzano, Jiquilillo, estuaries such as Padre Ramos, Los Zorros, etc.
