At the ground floor there is a spacious living area with access to the pool, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the terrace, double bedroom with a private shower/toilet and one separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet and access to the shared balcony.

Villa Emily is a newly built stone house located in the village Vrh Lasici near Vizinada and the vineyards. Only a few meters from the house the bike/wander trail Parenzana passes by. Until the beginning of the 20th century it has been one of the main railways in Istria that went through Kopar all the way to Triest.
