Located very close to other popular tourist sites such as Massanutten and Skyline Drive. A nice area for a small walk or short run. Located within walking distance of a country store, a Methodist and a Baptist church, as well as the local Community Center. It is a perfect location at a perfect price!

Very quiet neighborhood. No close neighbors. This a new house built Dec 2015. There are two rooms on Airbnb with a shared bathroom on one end of the house and I live on the other end of the house with my own bathroom. There is a new queen bed 9/2016 My bathroom is available if the guest bathroom is tied up. Plenty of parking and room to move about outside with good views and wildlife. I have a mushroom farm here, please ask for a tour. Harrisonburg city limits are 5 minutes from here
