Come home to our charming little property nestled just 2 short blocks from the popular downtown district! We proudly accommodate local visitors, business travelers, hunters, and most dog breeds. Additional guests and pets must be approved prior to booking.

This home has been completely remodeled as of November 2020! This house is located 6 blocks west of downtown Pratt, and 2 blocks from Pratt High School and Blythe Family Fitness center. The loft comes with a large pellet grill available for guests to use, as well as a full kitchen, a coffee pot and Keurig combo, 3 TVs, and fast internet. Guests that stay will be provided with a keypad entry code. The Loft is a very cozy and modern house that will be perfect for your stay.

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of “pasture golf”. There is a basketball goal and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. We have outdoor seating on the front and back porches.
