This 1880 built home was left abandoned and we've brought it back around for your enjoyment. This 1 bedroom unit is fresh, clean, and comfortable. A two block walk brings you to historic downtown Owatonna where there's shops, restaurants, Central Park, and plenty of other things to do! The apartment has recently been renovated, with new windows installed, among many other improvements. It's a nice one bedroom apartment with a hide-a-bed sofa.

Main level 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in a duplex. The unit has been completely renovated, all finishes are new. Upgraded appliances and finishes, very comfortable, very nice if you're looking for something nicer than most. Only shared room is the laundry. Traveling with some people but don't want to stay in the same unit, you rent the top, put the others in the lower level, you'll have the whole place. Only about 40 minutes from Minneapolis, 45 minutes to Rochester, and minutes from Owatonna downtown.
