The Studio has a private entrance and parking with entrance hall and stairs up to the suite. The suite itself has a small kitchen, living and dining area with large TV, DVD and Netflix. There is a bathroom with Shower. Longforgan is near Dundee, one of the most up and coming cities in Scotland. We are only 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands of Scotland.

Railway Cottage, Newtyle.Relax in the quiet surroundings of Railway Cottage, perfect base for exploring the local area. The cottage is surrounded by fields and lovely walks yet only half a mile walk into Newtyle village. It was refurbished in 2019 and had 3 bedrooms. 1 super king with en suite (can be made into a twin), 1 double room and 1 single room (with option to turn into a twin room with a pull out bed). Travel cot and high chair available. Lockable storage shed for bikes and equipment & indoor kennel with run.
