The space is decorated in modern industrial. This hidden oasis is located on Lake Lewisville, in Little Elm , Tx."The Studio," is located on two and a half acres of mature oaks. We offer 135 lineal feet of sandy beach and some incredible sunsets. Shopping: Frisco and the mall is 15 min away. Night life: Legacy west is close by. Antiquing: downtown Denton is 15 min away. Or just hang out and relax. How about some fishing. Enjoy the firepit with friends.
