In addition, the lounge area has an L-shape sofa that is also a (small) double bed. We’re in a great location for lovely walks as we are close to Cuffley and Broxbourne woods and the River Lea. Additionally, we are close to London (20 mins from Cheshunt or 40 mins from Cuffley to Kings X). There is a 4 bedroom house available on a separate listing.

There are 2 mainline stations into London and excellent road links, (A10/A1 /M25 close by). The house offers light airy rooms; a comfortable single guest room (with tea & coffee facilities); sole use of the downstairs shower room; shared use of the kitchen and a TV lounge for guests where they can work or relax.
