The Sky Room - enhanced cleaning protocol.
This is a double room in a large house situated in a quiet residential area, two and a half miles (under ten minutes drive) from Leeds city centre. There is safe on-street parking outside the house.
You'll have shared access to the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. We provide WiFi, towels, bedding, hairdryer, soap, shampoo etc, as well as tea, coffee, breakfast cereals and basic cooking ingredients.
We've recently upgraded the mattress and added memory foam for extra comfort.

Smaller room with a double bed, very comfy mattress and has a private bathroom!
Well furnished and homely. Ideal for guests because it benefits natural light from the big window, perfect to work or just rest!
Guests have access as well to a shared spacious kitchen / dining/ living fully functional area.
The room is on the 1st floor, next to the stairs and master bathroom.
All doors have digital locks.
Towels, hair dryer, various toiletries are all provided by us, the lovely host :))))
