Relax in this 3 br 2bath with office and screened in patio at this peaceful place on the lake where you can fish from the backyard or bring your boat. It is not a swimming lake! It is close to Interstate 40 just off hwy 365. There is a public boat ramp across the cove a block over. A few games are provided for family fun. Plus Netflix! It is 25 minutes from Little Rock. Its a pet friendly place but please clean up after your pet otherwise there may be a cleaning charge added.

This studio may only be 300 sq. feet, but it has everything you need, and more! Everything is brand new, including the apartment, and ready for you! A comfortable queen bed, couch, and a mini kitchen with everything you can think of. The closet has lots of shelving and plenty of hanging space. The bathroom is fully stocked and we’ve also included a desk area to use as needed. There is a 46” smart TV that swivels for convenient viewing from either the bed or the couch.
